A Down Payment (DP) is required to book a date. The DP is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another type of makeup.
The remaining balance must be paid a maximum of 1-2 days before the event. We do not accept payment after the event or after the makeup session.
Booking Cancellation = Forfeit DP / Cancellation within 30 days = Full Payment required.
Please be on time. If you are delayed for more than 30 minutes, the Makeup Artist reserves the right to leave the venue.
The event date and location must be fixed. Rescheduling is allowed a maximum of 1 time if the Makeup Artist is still available.
If the makeup and retouch locations are different, a double transportation fee will be charged.
The Makeup Artist reserves the right to cancel if the event does not match the initial booking details.
Makeup packages cannot be downgraded.
Once a booking is finalized, it means you agree to all the points above without exception.
Do's & Don'ts
It is not recommended to use doctor's creams or medications 2 weeks before the event. Do not use skincare with active ingredients 7 days before.
Do not wear eyelash extensions, as they will be difficult to blend with the makeup.
Eyebrow threading is recommended for optimal results.
The makeup room must have 1 dining-height table and 2 chairs.
If interrupted by prayer times, please perform ablution (wudhu) beforehand.
Before the makeup session, your face must be completely clean without any skincare products.
Specifically for Brides: It is recommended to use a sheet mask every night starting 2 days before the event, and diligently apply moisturizer and sunscreen.
